Shipping & Return Information

Shipping Policy

At Euro Design Jewelry, all orders are shipped for FREE via USPS registered insured service.

All orders can be upgraded to overnight shipping for a fee of $45.

Please note that all packages will require a signature, so make sure you are shipping it to a place where someone can sign for it.

We do our best to get you your order without delay. In-stock items typically take 2 business days to process and an additional 1-5 days to ship, depending on your shipping method.

Special orders, customized or altered items can take 4 weeks for completion.

If a package arrives damaged, you can refuse the shipment and make sure to call us immediately at 508-655-8578 or email at contact@eurodesignjewelry.com. Euro Design Jewelry will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

We do not currently offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return Policy

If you wish to return your purchase we’ll provide you with an exchange or full refund. *Restrictions Apply*

In-store Return Policy

– All returns or exchanges must be in new condition with original packaging & original sales receipt.
– No Refunds after 14 days from date of purchase.
– Special Orders are final sale and not refundable.
– Merchandise that has been altered in any way is not returnable.

Online Returns, Refunds, Cancellations or Changing order

If you wish to return your item within 14 days from when it was received, for a refund, you must contact us to get an RA#. This RA# number must be written on the package as well as included inside of the package being returned, so that we can properly credit your account. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will be refunded only when the return is necessary due to our error.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the website.

If item(s) returned not in their original state and condition, all return privileges will be withdrawn.

Non-Refundable Items

– Special Orders are final sale and not refundable.
– Customized items are final sale and not refundable.
– Merchandise that has been altered in any way is not refundable.
– Items that became damaged or defective after delivery is not refundable.

Item Availability

Most of our items are limited in quantity. If an item is out of stock please contact us via email or phone in order to remedy the situation.

All customized items are special orders and takes up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Special Orders or Custom Design Jewelry

When you place a special order with Euro Design Jewelry, the item is non-refundable. It cannot be exchanged or returned. Please call (508) 655-8578 for more information on special ordering.

Gift Wrapping

Euro Design Jewelry is pleased to offer complimentary gift wrapping on all orders placed with us. When placing an online order, make sure to check the appropriate box to receive gift wrapping on your order.
